Day 3

So day 3 went pretty well. No gym on this day so I just had to concentrate on sticking to my meal plan and eating within my time window.  This I was pretty strict with and made it without too much trouble. I added a couple CM of that cheese block as a snack. I've also found that mixing my fibre supplement and my creatine in to my protein shake makes for a much better experience.

Meals

I've definitely decided to replace the garlic chicken drumsticks with baked chicken thighs.  The garlic seasoning was okay but not spectacular, and I think it would be a lot better as thighs.  A friend of mine recommended I add more dietary fibre to my diet and that's a great idea.  I'm thinking to add about 100g of broccoli maybe topped with some melted butter.

Weight

I'm down to 230.0 pounds.. Which seems so weird.  I know I'm meant to lose a lot of water weight but hat seems like a lot still. Should be interesting to see when that peters off.  It does make the week one totals look ridiculous though.

My Gym

I thought it might be neat to show off my gym a little.  We're a bit odd in that we don't have a living room per-say.  I also have a cable machine where that mini fridge is now but the cable machine's not in use for the Stronglifts program so it's not super relevant.

Thoughts

The rapid progress keeps things on point.  I suppose when that stops being so apparent, it will be a bit harder to kee to the diet.  Still only 3 days in and I badly wanted some ice cream (to which I abstained).  I think I might look into some Keto icecream recipes to help curb that.. But I've also been told that the craving for sweets will pass too.
