Day 4

Well, today started out poorly for a variety of reasons.  Too little sleep, unfocused.  I don't actually attribute this to my diet in any way however.  Speaking of which, I'm still going strong. I'm still losing some major weight, and I'm starting to think it can't all be water.  Today I clocked in at 226.7 pounds. I'm now down 8.3 pounds in just four days.. Which is totally insane.

Gym Time!

After work today I'll need to do my workout. I'm looking forward to making some progress with that, even though I know it'll only be an incredibly light workout. Still, it's good keeping to the schedule.  Originally I had wanted to work out in the morning before I was off, but as the morning was such crap, I decided I can just do it after work.
